-to have the testator's dwelling plantation being part of a tract of land or parcel called "Tulles Delight" cont. 200 acres
-to have all that part of a tract or parcel of land called "Tulles Delight" which the testator purchased from James Hawkins, son of John Hawkins cont. 130 acres
-to have all that tract of land which the testator purchased at public vendue of the State of Maryland being part of a tract of land called "The Manor" cont. 200 acres
-to have all of the testator's personal estate
-named executrix of the will
